About Us

Ipswich Civic Hall is a stunning combination of premier entertainment venue and community-focused function centre. It  provides a range of services and facilities to support a wide cross-section of the local community and through the exciting Festival of Theatre program presents live music, special events and theatrical perfomances. 

Located in the heart of Ipswich Central (on the corner of Limeston and Nicholas Streets) the Civic Hall has been proudly serving the Ipswich community and guests since 1975.

More information is available on the hire of the venue for functions (including weddings) and performances. 

Tickets for performances and events can be purchsed online at any time (ceasing just 18 hours prior to performance) and over the phone or in-person via our box office.
